Hi,

I guess you are looking forward to reset your PC to factory settings.
Let me inform you that once the reset is done, the data from your PC will be completely deleted, so i request you to take a back up before proceeding.
Please follow the method given below to reset your PC to factory settings:
1. Hold "Sift" key and click on restart button
2. It will take you to the BIOS and choose "Troubleshoot" option.
3. For the options, please select "Reset your PC".
4. It will show a message stating that the files will deleted permanently. Please click "Next".
5. After a while you get 2 options such as "Just remove my files" or "Clean the drive fully". Since you have taken a backup, you can click on "Clean the drive fully" to restore your PC...
