I have a rogue graphics card in my house as per the below pictures

I have ensured the one pic is high quality enough to see its serial number etc.

Any idea what model of graphics card this is?

No... It's a very old GPU :lol:. But it seems to be an ATi because of it's Red PCB.

Simple search of the AS# which will result in a find of the Radeon HD5450 w/ 1GB or RAM. It says this is for HP/Combaq/Dell computers. It's 2 generations old so guess is its PCI-E 1.0 x16 and the RAM is probably DDR3
