Can you install PC case fans without screws?

I have an Antec One s3 but I can't install a front fan cause the screw holes are tiny, can I use double sided tape or something?

You can use double-sided tape, but I wouldn't expect it to hold as long as a screw.

Are you sure you're looking at the correct holes? You only use 2 of them.

The screw holes, where you put the screws to hold the fan are tiny and I can't find screws for it

Those screws should have come with your case. Their use is described above by USAFRet.

I got it used so the screws didn't come with

The case originally came with screws for that. You should be able to order some from...somewhere.

Will it work? For a while, probably.
Try it. It's only tape. Not a perm solution. Maybe try Velcro.

Will it work? For a while, probably.
Try it. It's only tape. Not a perm solution. Maybe try Velcro.
