Can you link/keep an app between switching desktops?

Typically when I work from home I have one desktop for work and another for gaming/netflix/what-have-you. Now I have a two-monitor set up, usually my gaming desktop has my main monitor on some MMO(truthfully it's usually WoW) and the second monitor on Netflix/you tube/social-media. When I work I typically have the main monitor up where I'm working on the actual work, and the second monitor has resources related to the work(IE: if I was learning HTML in school I'd have the text editor and browser split on one screen and then have the documentation on the other), but lately I've been wondering if I could have an application "linked" between two different desktops.

For example:
- DESKTOP 1:
--Monitor 1: Text editor
--Monitor 2: Tutorial/docs split screen
- DESKTOP 2:
--Monitor 1: Browser/devtools
--Monitor 2: Tutorial/docs split screen

I know I could just open another instance of the same tutorial/docs pages on the other desktop but I'd like it to be the same exact application, so if I'm at a certain point in the tutorial when I switch to the other desktop the app would be at the same place on the page.

I know this is kind of a silly problem to have, and I wouldn't consider it a problem, but I'm just asking to see if anyone knows of a way to do this.
Appreciate any tips/help :)

Solution
You can do that - Linux' KDE can have a window "pinned" to all desktops ;)

You should probably look for alternative multiple-desktop manager with such feature.

Lots of desktop apps can do that, such as Stardock's I believe. The issue is that it won't save or track his position in another app. You are reading a website, switch to a different PC and Linux's KDE is as clueless as the rest of 'em as to where you left off.
