Budget is 1k. What can I do to increase performance or save costs in my build?

Solution
In summary:

- i5 6600 (no overclocking, cheaper)
- H170 board instead of Z170 (no overclocking, cheaper)
- get cheaper memory, no difference in performance
- get better quality PSU of same wattage (XFX, Seasonic, EVGA B2/G2/G3)
- never heard of that SSD brand, which likely means nothing, but I'd still go with a different model
