Question Can you mix RAM with same Latency and Voltage?

And this RAM: https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16820231941

The Vengeance LPX has the timing 16-18-18-39 while the Ripjaws have 16-18-18-38.

LPX has a tested voltage of 1.2V while Ripjaws says 1.35V on the back with the packaging, as well as on Newegg.

I have been using LPX at 1.35 for about 1.5+ years now and I have not had any problems.

IF I were to put the timings at 16-18-18-39 on both Ripjaws and LPX as well as 1.35V, would I have to lower the frequency of Ripjaws or can both of them run at their own MHz OR would I have to lower the MHz of Ripjaws?

Crazy questions and crazy thoughts, but I'd like to know before I screw something up really badly.

Thanks. I tried putting only the Ripjaws in and now I can't even boot. I put the old LPX ones back in, the ones I had, and still can't boot. I removed the cmos battery and still can't boot. I hate RAM so much. What can I do now?
