I plan to purchase the G.Skill Trident Z Royale 2x8GB @ 3200mhz in the future but id like to wait for them to go on sale as money is a little tight at the moment and trying to save a little and the only part im missing for my pc build (R7 2800X, 2060s) is the ram so id like to purchase some soon. I was just curious if its possible to combine the G.Skill Trident Z Royale and the G.Skill Trident Z RGB without any major problems. I would assume they work because theyre from the same brand and basically the model but ones a bit more "flashy". I've been searching around their website but havent found a clear answer :(

ah i see, do you know well guess ill have to try it then. will it damage the other components if they dont work together?
RAM mixing won't damage other components, the most problems you'll (from own experience) is: Windows acting badly, having to switch the sata cable for the SSD for each startup, bad timings/speed, etc. It sometimes works sometimes doesn't, try your luck.
