I bought a WD black sshd hard drive, and after taking my laptop apart I found that it will only fit a slim drive.. Is there any way to fit this drive into a slim slot.. I don't know to much about these things. but would really like to keep the wd black..

Hey there, jamsmanblue!

@Mattios pretty much said it all. You cannot modify the form factor of a drive or any hardware for that matter. If you do this, you'd most probably damage it and void the warranty altogether. If you need assistance on what else you could do in order to be able to use the drive properly, I'd recommend you to contact our technical support and let them know about your WD Black Dual drive's incompatibility.

Good luck! :)
