Since your Gigabyte Z68M-D2H-B3 motherboard has 4x USB2.0 9-pin internal headers, it is true that it WILL only support USB2.0 speeds. However, know that you DON'T HAVE TO limit yourself in finding a case that ONLY have USB2.0 front panel ports. Even if you choose a case with USB3.0 front panel ports or a mixture of USB3.0 and USB2.0 ports, you CAN STILL use your motherboard's USB2.0 9-pin internal headers to enable all those USB front panel ports (whether USB3.0 or USB2.0 or both).

USB3.0 ports are backward-compatible with USB2.0 (of course, the 3.0 will only run in 2.0 speeds).

Cases with USB3.0 front panel ports will have a 19-pin female connector cable (to be plugged in to a 19-pin USB3.0 internal header, if a motherboard has...

Cases with USB3.0 front panel ports will have a 19-pin female connector cable (to be plugged in to a 19-pin USB3.0 internal header, if a motherboard has one). Cases with USB2.0 front panel ports will have a 9-pin female connector cable (to be pluuged in to a 9-pin USB2.0 internal header).

In your case, should you select a case that you want that have USB3.0 ports, you can then get a USB3.0(19-pin)-to-USB2.0(9-pin) adapter such as these:

which will allow you to connect such USB3.0 ports on your motherboard's USB2.0 9-pin internal headers.

On the matter of your CPU Cooler, the Cryorig H7 is 145mm in height. So you need to select a case that has a CPU Cooler clearance of more than that.

It will help us suggest a case for your needs if you give us some information about your rig (other components to be installed inside), what you need (case fan mounting, silent or airflow type, etc.), and what you want (color, size, motif, etc.), and of course, the budget and where you will purchase the case.
