[SOLVED] Can you overclock a i7-3770K on the MSI H61M-P23?

I recently bought an i7-3770K from a friend who was upgrading his system. So far, I've been running it stock in my system, but this is my first unlocked CPU, and I was wondering if it was possible to overclock it w/ my MOBO(H61M-P23)? I tried doing some research but have gotten conflicting answers, and MSIs own website mentioned the "OC Genie," which I've never used because my previous processor was an i5-2400.

No, or at least not significantly.
One can adjust the base clock by a percent or two, but that is tricky.
I doubt that OC genie applies to a H61 chipset.
