Can you overclock a non OC edition GPU ?

I have a Zotac GTX 750ti with GPU clock 1032Mhz and boost clock 1176Mhz. Am I able to safety overclock it for about 30 Mhz without any artifacts appearing ?

Every graphics card overclocks different. Even the exact same model numbers, can overclock differently.
OC means factory overclocked.

For overclocking download MSI Afterburner. As a benchmark program, I would recommend you to choose Heaven benchmark. Ad 30 MHz to the core clock, and run a Heaven Benchmark.

But it should be pretty safe.
