Can you place a 140mm Liquid cooler in the front of case?

Hello, I have a Corsair SPEC-01 tower Mid ATX. I want to get a liquid cooler to put into it. My problem is only the front 2 fan spot will fit 140mm. Should i just buy Corsair H105 Extreme liquid cooler or a Corsair H115i and put it in the front of the case. That is another question I need help with. Can you put a liquid cooler radiator in the front of the case and not on the top because my case only have two 120mm top fan spots. I'm getting a I7 8700k can a H60 and I am wondering if the H60 is enough for i7 8700k. So, should I stick with the H60 or get H105 120mm, or H115i 140mm and put it the front of the Corsair SPEC-01 case. Thanks

Depends on cooler, CM Nepton 140XL for instance has holes for mounting 120mm fans too so it should be able to be fastened in a 120mm fan place. All that's left is to find out other dimensions.
