Low budget for e-sports gaming (e.g. Rocket league)

I can't see anything wrong with the choice of components.
Your ram is in the QVL by your motherboard
CPU also supports your ram, DDR4-2666 Mhz.
Case looks also ok as well, though can't find temp test reviews on it.
PSU is also a decent choice. I wouldn't mind if its not modular so as long as you're staying within budget.

Its about the PSU
Modular means that you can plug in only the necessary cables that you need
Non modular (such as the PSU you chose) means that the cables are protruding out of the PSU. You can't choose which cables to connect to the PSU because all of them are connected.
