how can i format my sdcard but everytime i insert my card to computer he did not read

put the sd card on another computer or in a phone if it still isn't recognized then it is probably damaged.
to format it on a phone go to setting storage format sd card.
on a pc go to computer right click on the sd card icon in computer and select format.
