Could you review my first PC build and give me any suggestions on how to improve this or if it is okay? Here is the link, https://au.pcpartpicker.com/b/KtCLrH
Looks pretty good mate. Only change I'd make is to sack the hard drive and the 2.5" SSD and get a single, faster m.2 NVME drive. There's really no reason to use regular hard drives any more.Could you review my first PC build and give me any suggestions on how to improve this or if it is okay? The WD blue is fine. Be sure the name specifies that it is an NVME drive. No worries about the disabled sata ports. You still have ports 1 through 4 that will work and you'll probably never use more than 1 or 2 of them unless you have really extraordinary storage needs. The performance of the m.2 NVME drives is great. They're very fast and attach directly to the motherboard so there's no cables. You can add more storage any time you want on the other ports down the road and it's very easy to do.Would you suggest the Western Digital Blue 500GB? It is a m.2 and is actually cheaper. Also, if this means that then 2 sata 6gbs ports are disabled, it is still worth it?
