[SOLVED] Can you put a gtx 1050 ti mini in a dell optiplex 745?

Hi guys, I was wondering if I could put a gtx 1050ti mini in a dell optiplex 745 tower (the biggest one).

Specs are:
8gb ddr2 ram
Core 2 quad q6600
300w psu (can be upgraded)
120gb ssd
Win 10

Also would it be possible to put 16gb of ram in a system like this or no?

A 1050ti mini will work, I have tried that myself in a 755.

Here is what limits you.

75W max card usage
Ability to run on legacy BIOS or hybrid update
