Can you rate my first build?

I'm planning on buying my first gaming-pc, and this is the build I'm thinking about:

CPU: Intel I5-4460
Mobo: Asus H97-PLUS
Memory: Corsair vengeance 8GB (2X4GB)
Video card: R9 280X Vapor-X
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W

I really wanted to put a GTX 970 in it, but there was no way I could buy it without going over my budget by to much, so I decided to take the R9 280X Vapor-X instead.

If you have any tips/suggestions, please tell me!
