First of all thank you for your interest. I didn't realize it was 0 bytes, I followed the suggestions last time. this time the error was different. That's why I wanted to open a new topic. new bios versions are still in beta so i haven't updated.

Bios updates mainly add support for the new AMD CPU (5000 series) so may not help.
2409 isn't in beta anymore.

try removing Internet download manager & update lan drivers. thats based on old dump from last post.

I followed the link for realtek driver. I downloaded the win 10 installer. Since it was already installed I was only able to repair it.

I'm not really sure if you ever found a fix for the issue, but I would like to ask for some more information to diagnose the issue (again, if you still have crashes). For starters, I would like to ask for any newer crash dumps that you've had in the past two to three months. In addition, what Windows versions are you using? If you are using Windows 10, specify the build (e.g. Windows 10 1703, Windows 10 20H2, etc.). Lastly, what hardware does your system have?
