i should have read that a month ago... its not user friendly really.

is it a new crash or same one again? I already asked Gardenman to convert it again...

updating bios might help you 4 versions behind current one
Updating chipset drivers will help too.

First of all thank you for your interest. I didn't realize it was 0 bytes, I followed the suggestions last time. this time the error was different. That's why I wanted to open a new topic. new bios versions are still in beta so i haven't updated.

I'm not really sure if you ever found a fix for the issue, but I would like to ask for some more information to diagnose the issue (again, if you still have crashes). For starters, I would like to ask for any newer crash dumps that you've had in the past two to three months. In addition, what Windows versions are you using? If you are using Windows 10, specify the build (e.g. Windows 10 1703, Windows 10 20H2, etc.). Lastly, what hardware does your system have?
