Any AIO Shouldn't interfere with RAM in most positions

How much overclocking can you do with the h5 push and pull?
Is there anything with a larger heat sink that doesn't interfere with ram? So I could oc further?

The h5 doesnt sell in my country ill have to get it off ebay. canada
