Neither your NVME choice nor your GPU are PCIe gen 4 so you're not taking advantage of the only compelling reason for an X570 board. So, why not look for a good B450 board instead. Either a B450 Tomahawk MAX, or B450 Gaming Plus MAX, would be a great combo with the rest of the list.

Or can you wait for the B550's that are coming in June? With the B550's you'll have the option of upgrading to PCIe gen4 devices (GPU and one NVME) as well as Zen3 CPU's without changing platform.

When I add the B450 Gaming Plus Max, I get this error/note from pcpartpicker:

The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled.

Do you know if this will be a problem?

The board has 6 SATA ports but two of them share bandwidth as noted. So the loss of those two ports won't present a problem unless you intend to use more than 4 SATA drives.

IMO, with todays inexpensive multi-terabyte HDD's available that's not really a big issue at all.
