Can you recommend a HS and fan

Hey all,

I'm about to order a Celeron D 2.4 Ghz processor. Can anyone recommend a
good Heatsink and fan for a socket 478 processor. Something that works
better than the retail solution. I'd prefer pretty quiet. And I'd like for
it to be under or around $20. I don't want to go spending $40 on a cooler.
If I was to do that, I'd probably just go with a P4 processor and say to
hell with it.

The supplied sink/fan works fine and is quiet. Anything better WILL cost you
more.
