i've got 1000$ to spend , and i am tired as hell of this non gaming pc that staggers even with League of legends , and i need a gaming setup , a PC and a Monitor.

Can you Recommend me ? should i spend all the money on the pc and get a cheap as hell monitor or should i spend a bit on the monitor but i am afraid the gpu cant even make use of a 144 , i am a beginner in this world. Need Help!
