Can you recommend quiet coolers for LGA1151

I need a new cooler for my PC. I only have stock cooler for cpu and degrees are 50-70 while playing. Can you recommend LGA 1151 coolers what is quiet and good for playing. Under 40$

In my Skylake build (full specs with pics in my sig), i have the predecessor of Freezer 33, a Freezer i32. For me, the stock semi-passive fan didn't turn at all until my CPU reached 52°C. And when the fan started to spin, it was very quiet due to the fluid-dynamic bearing.

This would be a lot quiter than a stock cooler, fits almost any case at only 122mm tall and just 20 bucks.
