This is my first time doing this so you can be as critical. I will use this to do play long sessions of games like Cs:go, Battlefield Hardline, CoD Advanced Warefare and Destiny. I will also do 3D rendering, video editing and coding. Also I don't need a CD drive that's why I left it out.

I suggest you wait for the 390X which should be coming soon. At this price it might be better to wait - when 390x and 980ti come out the prices will inevitably drop on the 970

Only if AMD undercuts the price of the 970 with the 390X, more likely it will undercut the GTX980 and reduce it's price. If they simultaneously release an R9-390 and undercut the 970, maybe.
