Can you route an ethernet cable through a wifi device?

My TV in my room has the cabability to have a LAN connection plugged in (it doesnt have Wifi...) and keep in mind we cannot drop a line in our apartment so I was wondering... If my Xbox 360 has wireless, is there a way to connect the back of my TV through the LAN port on the back of my Xbox while the xbox is hooked up to the wireless?

The xbox doesn't have the ability to bridge the wifi and lan connections. So it will not work.
