Can you see if a sound card is working without an operating system?

Hey Guys,

Is it possible to see if a sound card is in working condition just through the BIOS? If not is there anyway to do this without an operating system?

Not unless you have test equipement like they most likely use at the factory. When installed in a system, the card requires drivers to make it work.
