Question Can you set a 144hz monitor to 75hz?

This is a dumb question but I'm trying to make sure. I have an nvidia gpu btw, if that's relevant.

For some reason I thought it wouldn't be in there but it looks like it was. It only supports 60, 100, 120 and 144 hz for 1920x1080. Is it possible to make it run at 75hz on 1920x1080 using the custom resolution thing from the nvidia control panel?

Well yeah I would but I haven't ordered it yet. But I'm assuming it works for some monitors and for others it doesn't right?
