Can you set G-SYNC on/off per game?

Hi guys!

I would ask you that can you turn on/off G-SYNC for games by simply launching them?
So if I do not want to open the NVIDIA driver, and turn on or off G-SYNC manually before I start launch a game. Can I set somewhere if I launch a game, it turns on/off automatically?
For example - i do not touch the nvidia driver - : I simply click on CS:GO and i do not want to use G-SYNC, so G-SYNC does not turn on, but if I launch PUBG, I want to use G-SYNC automatically by simply launch the game.

My monitor is an ASUS PG258Q.

Other than just disabling it and using V-Sync instead, I don't think so.

Maybe there is a steam/game/set launch options like the -freq command for csgo?
