You have to connect it to USB header.

any of the 9-pin blocks labeled USB, the plug will only cover 1 row of pins.

It's this one. You'll have to disconnect your front panel USB connector to connect card reader.

I did and restarted the pc But that dont work 🙁

Either connected wrong or card reader is busted.
