Hello, I would like to build a new system, and I would like to ask if you could spot anything that could be improved inside my system? Don't mind the graphics card, I'm going to use this for data analysis and processing.

The asrock z490 pro-4 thermal throttles under stock settings with the 10600k, it's a terrible board, the same with the asrock phantom, get anything else.
