can you suggest me a motherboard for this pc?

I will be geting as CPU one of these: i5 2500k, 2550k, 3570k, 4670K
and graphic cards one of these: Radeon HD 7870 or R9 270X

I probably won't be overclocking but I want to keep it as an option in future. what motherboard can you suggest me as I'm on a budget.

Whats your exact budget... there are plenty of motherboards in the market, its hard to recommend without any budget..

And please decide which one of the CPUs you will ultimately get bcoz, they are not interchangeable.. they have different sockets and so will need different motherboards..
My favourite is 4670k as it is the best performing one and also from latest generation..

But again I'd suggest you to take 4670k instead of 2500k. 2500k is from 2nd generation and currently we are at 4th gen.. 4670k is better in terms of performance and also cheaper..

Overclocking is not a big deal and with modern systems its really really easy. I would suggest you to take the 4670k instead of 4670 for just 10 USD more even if you don't overclock now. Its always a better option to have for the future..

For overclocking 4670k this is a very good board with good features:
