can you tell if my pc can run doom 4

can i run this game here are my pc specs;
GeForce GT 730 1GB (this is as of graphics card)
i3 3240 3.4GHz (this is as of CPU)
and I have 8GB RAM but my 32-bit Windows 8.1 limits that 8GB to 3.46GB of RAM(its DDR3 2X4GB)if its needed.Tell me can I run the game and if I cant run it without lags then will I be able to run once I overclock graphics card VRAM from 1GB to 5GB(I wanna run it at the minimum of 30FPS).
can my pc do it?

It can but with a few lags....you should change your cpu to an i5 for a better gaming experience....

Firstly your wasting your ram by using 32bit. Secondly u cant overclock yrour gpu 1gb to 5gb. With windows 64bit installed u might be able to hit 30fps with lowest settings and lower resolution.

Overclocking is raising the speed/frequency. GB VRAM is amount of VRAM.
Raising the frequency will have no impact on the amount of VRAM your graphics card has. It's like asking if revving your car engine will make you car having more wheels.
