Can you tell me which monitor is better for 1080p gaming?

I have a gtx 1060 6gb, 16 gbs of ram, and ryzen 5 1600. I'm currently playing on a TV and I'm trying to get a good size.

Freesync monitors are meant for AMD graphics cards. The 'freesync' feature is not compatible with Nvidia cards. You would need to get a G-Sync monitor. Although they are more expensive.

I understand the difference between Freesync and G-Sync. What I'm asking is which monitor is better because I'm on a strict budget.

"Better" is highly subjective matter with monitors which are otherwise almost identical in specs and price. There's, however, a notable difference - one of these us curved, the other is flat. So, it's more to aesthetics.

Go to a store which sells both of them, and check for yourselves.

Specs aside, I prefer Asus over Acer so by default would go with that. The 'curved' thing would be cool if it was a really big monitor and you wanted to have that 'wrap around' feel. At 27" though, it's not enough to get me to choose the Acer over the Asus.
