Can you undervolt with B360?

The title says it all, as well can you undervolt a locked processor?

It will be primarily left up to the degree of control given to the end user in BIOS. Technically you will see that functionality in Z series chipset boards. If I recalled correctly the reviews here also stated the same, where changing the voltage for the CPU was non existent but you had control over RAM voltages.
