Can you upgrade this laptop?

Intel Inspiron n5040. If you can upgrade, whats the best CPU I can use? Thanks for your help.

You mean a Dell Inspiron n5040 but I guessed that.

Unfortunately upgrading laptop CPUs is all but impossible unless you're very tech savvy. You are better of to sell what you have. Or donate to a family or friend and buy a new one that suits your needs.
