Can you use a cp u liquid cooler with prebuilt in 200 mm fans in the case?

So i'm looking to build my very first pc and i chose the Phantom 820 as my case and i want to install a cpu cooler with it. For this I will have to put the cooler at the top of my case but it has prebuilt in 200 mm fan. Will i have to remove these and use the fans that come with the cpu cooler or what do i do?

If it has a 200MM fan, it will likely not have 120x240 mounting holes. If you want to use water cooling (the only reason you would have to remove the fan), consider a better case, perhaps on of the D cases from Corsair (350D and up) or a Fractal Design Define R5

It has a 2 x 140 mount and 3 x 120 on the top of it as well.
