[SOLVED] Can you use a smaller GPU fan as a replacement?

My Zotac 1060 6gb GPU needs to have the fan its 85mm fan replaced. But currently I am having trouble getting the same size. One of my friends has an ASUS fan with the same RPM and connector type (4pin), but the ASUS fan is a smaller size (Possibly 82-80mm) Would it be ok to use the smaller fan on the GPU?

There won't be significant difference as the fans are temperature controlled.
