can you use mineral spirit to clean your cpu and heatsink

if your getting a new cpu and a new aftermarket heatsink is there any need of cleaning them.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks

No need to clean them. I would use 99% isopropyl alcohol if you felt the need to.
