Can you use Telstra modem without a phone line

So I want to use my modem to hook up my pc to the Internet but I don't have a phone line
In my bedroom can any one help me thanks

You need to connect the modem to a line somewhere in the house, otherwise how is it going to communicate with anything. You could use an WiFi modem router and do it that way.

So, you have a DSL modem?
1. It need to connect to a physical phone line
2. It needs to connect to an account from an ISP

Do you have both of those?

So there are three ways that you can do this:
1. Use a powerline adapter from your current router/modem
2. Run a CAT cable from your current router/modem
3. Use a wireless repeater with an ethernet port

If you need a WiFi connection in your room, you should be able to plug your router into the ethernet cable (assuming it supports the feature).
