Can you work a APU like a CPU?

I have got:
- amd a10-7860k radeon r7,12 compue cores 4C+8G 3.60GHz
- EVGA 1050 ti

So my question is :
Can i make my apu work like a cpu?
And is there some way of moving the graphics on my apu onto my graphics card

Yes, all you need to do is make sure your monitor is plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard video connectors. Additionally, you can manually disable the integrated graphics in the BIOS if you'd like.
