[SOLVED] Can your gpu still throttle if you have a custom profile set with a locked clock speed

Reguarding my last post, my gpu went up to 83 degrees celcius because i accidentally ran the idle profile i had custom made instead of the gaming profile that has a high fan speed preset. i'm wondering if my gpu still throttled and decreased its clock speed when meeting that temperature or if it stayed the same clock speed because i had a preset one in the profile i was using. anyone have an answer?

Probably not but hard to say with out a graph. 83c is probably the point though, where it might start to throttle
