If I lived in Canada I'd be voting for this guy. Some great points. Too bad The Democratic Presidential Nominee here is like the opposite ie. Telecom Immunity Bill.

The NDP is a socialist party that will never govern Canada so what Jack Layton says is completely irrelevant. The NDP does not equal Canada.
What a stupid article.

Well I'm still going to vote Liberal, but NDP would be my second choice. The NDP just haven't been able to convince me they have what it takes to actually run a G8 country, although they do have some policies I like. I'd be happy with a Liberal minority supported by Layton and the NDP's.

Hmmmm. I like his stand on Net Neurtality but the last time the NDP was in power they nearly bankrupt the country.

I was actually going to vote green, but the NDP are so close to beating the Conservatives in my riding that I voted NDP. Between this policy and their "decriminalization of marijuana", I'm starting to like them. Now if only they knew how to handle the economy...

Amazing, someone with clout actually willing to put his neck out to defend a principal like this.

Now if only people would stand up in court and demand their fair share.

Well, the NDP candidate was elected in my riding, but it was close. They did gain more seats than last election, though they are still 4th.

An NDP government would be just fine. We've had 3 successive NDP majority governments in Manitoba and we now have the lowest unemployment in Canada. They have learned the lessons of the past and are now a very reasonable, almost middle-of-the-road party, who are quite sensitive to the needs of business.
