Canary for windows

Not sure if this forum supports emails, but has anyone used Canary for windows? I have it set up on my tablet but can't get it to work on Windows (10)

This is a screen print of what I am faced with. It keeps asking for User Name / Password

Objective is to be sure that imap 143 and smtp 587 are correct and configured as necessary.

As for login and password that is an issue between you and the applicable provider.

I have already checked with my provider and everything is correct. It works on my tablet.

Does anyone on this site use this and can check my data?

Get on your tablet, and check port and security settings on IMAP server. Your screenshot shows it as "None", while most mail servers use SSL.
