Cancel all command?

Ok, for some reason I thought there was a command which would cancel/wake
all of the units in the game, but I can't seem to track it down. Can someone
tell me the command? Am I confusing this with SMAC?

It's really frustrating to look through the manual and not find what you're
looking for...

There is a right click "wake all" option. But that only works on a
single stack of units, and isn't available in vanilla Civ. I forget
which patch/addon added this function.
