Hey there lol i don't think it can run your GPU is fine its more than plenty for running low settings on GTA 5 but for the RAM i would recommend 6 to 12 GBs if you can 8gb and if you really want to get into the PC gaming you can go on newegg.com and get a AMD FX 8350 processor that can run that game like a beast but that would also add in the cost of a motherboard, anyway what im getting at here is probably no your PC is worse than my work pc that can barely run Microsoft office with that same processor Lol I hope i helped!

ofc u can , but u will meet lagging on crowded place because of gta v is cpu bound game and your cpu is just dual core which gta v minim requirement is quad core
