I just put all new ink in the printer and 2 of the 4 lights went out, But
the last two stay on, and it will not even do a self cleaning. I can't find
the user guide. DOes anyone have help?

It may be less expensive to replace the printer with a newer model. On the
other hand the 610/620 was a printer that still has the capability to print
directly in ascii text, unlike the newer printers that use software to
convert ascii text to a printer specific graphics format. Last time I asked,
canon wanted more for a head than a decent new printer.
