Whenever I press F2 or Del to access Bios my monitor just turns black. Not like no signal black like black but still lit. Also when I try to restart using the restart option I get stuck on the Asus loading screen where it says press f2. Please help me, I've tried so many different things and everything that I can find online. Anything helps, thanks a ton yall.

Are you able to boot into Windows? If so, then follow the BIOS Updater instructions https://www.asus.com/microsite/2015/mb/5th_gen_Intel_CPU_ready/.
•Download BIOS Updater https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1150/Z97-A/BIOS_updater_for_5th_Intel_Core_CPU.zip
•Download the BIOS https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1150/Z97-A/Z97-A-ASUS-2801.zip
•Use BIOS Updater to install the new BIOS, follow all instructions carefully. If my instructions conflict with what Asus says, do what Asus says. Make sure the BIOS is for your system, and that it is compatible.

Once you have updated the BIOS, then you should be able to enter it successfully. However, if you cannot boot into Windows, I would suggest instead unplugging the PSU from the mains, them taking the CMOS battery out of the motherboard. Hold the power button down for about 10 seconds, then put the battery back in and plug the PSU back in. Now, see if you can enter the BIOS.

I did it, and it says Bios file is not correct. Also my mobo isn't compatible w flashback. I extracted the BIOS file and tried selected the folder w the file in it and just the file but neither worked.
