Question Cannot access Bios

Hi, i have a problem where i cannot access bios, all it says when i try from startup is that i can test my hard drive, and i cannot acess it from inside windows by control panel. And my system supports UEFI, it doesnt matter what i click (it says any key for bios) and then it doesnt let me select diagnostic in a menu, i can only choose to test hard drive

turn off the pc, unplug the hdd/ssd, boot to bios

I got into bios,spamming f10 but obly to find i cant oc my cpu from there, any other way, since i have old cpu and new gpu
