Question Cannot access folder on external drive

Hi everyone. It's been a while but I'm back with another problem.

Basically I took the hdd out of my windows 8.1 laptop and connected it to my windows 10 pc.

I can see the drive and the files and I can access most of them with the exception of one folder called Mary and as it happens this is the one I desperately need to open.

Iv'e tried a few techniques like this one

but it's simply not working.

Can anyone help me? I'm really in a bit of a bind.
